I woke up this morning with an unbelievable craving for Robbie Williams/Mark Owen slash.

Does such slash even exist? It must do, I'm sure. I don't think I've ever come across a band with such slashy fan-service as Take That.

I have the spent the last week jonesing for historical slash that doesn't exist. I don't even know. I think I'm deranged. Or depraved. Or both. Definitely both.

I want Grant/Sherman slash. What is wrong with me?

But seriously, Jesus/Judas exists, but no Grant/Sherman? That's just sad.

I want to read fic based on Cosmo Jarvis' 'Gay Pirates' - Sebastian and the unnamed narrator, tragic forbidden love on the high seas.

I love, for example, how it seems as though half my flist is watching Maurice. Because half my flist loves Sherlock and half of that half have fallen in love with Lestrade, and since that means Sherlock/Lestrade slash, that means people are watching Maurice wherein Rupert Graves romps naked with James Wilby.

See? I love the way fandom's mind works

And I don't need to go into all those reasons here, but let's just say, this would feature quite highly on the agenda.

I've been watching Another Country, a 1984 film about the life of Guy Burgess, one of the Cambridge Spies - and it stars the ridiculously young, cute and fresh-faced Cary Elwes, Colin Firth and Rupert Everett.

Man, I'd forgotten how dull and long-winded the first Star Trek movie was. It's like the film-makers were so in love with the new special effects they forget about needing, you know, an actual plot.
